Our Background
Name is Hunt, I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area and I was born and live in Oakland, California. I have an innate interest in photography inspired by my father, Frank Milliken. I have been an amateur photographer and artist for over 30 years and I am now venturing into commercial photography. I studied photography am . Valley College and Cal Poly Humbol. Our Approach
My commercial photography interests are different, as I like to envision the natural world in contrast to the built environment. I use all media and equipment to capture representations of reality; Yashika Mat medium format camera, Minox 110 film spy camera, Nikon Super 8 movie camera, Kodak Brownie 16mm movie camera, Sony Digital Hi8 video, Drone photography, and a variety of digital still cameras from my collection. I am equipped to do a range of free-lance work including architectural, nature, portraits, and drone based aerial photography for natural land conservation and real estate. I have a unique perspective for finding and adjusting the focus on the subject. The breadth of my personal experience and interests opens my lens to accommodate a point of view that is both interesting and provocative.
What to Expect
Uou can expect me to call you right away. When you hire me, I will listen to your story and request. I can provide the services you need, might it be a family portrait, scanning of old negative, processing your old exposed film, taking art photos, landscape photography and drawings/plant selection, and/or drone photography for whatever your needs. I have an hourly rate of $50/hr and set rates for some service, but I will always spend more hours on a project than I will bill you for. You will initiate me by using the contact methods on this site. I will reply back by email, text or telephone to confirm. You will send me materials throuh US postage, FedEx, UPS or other. I do field assignments and will travel to help you with your requests.
